The apartment with two rooms is on the 1st floor of the renovated typical "Ticino" house Casa Ghiggi. It offers a marvelous view over the lake and mountains, is quiet and sunny. Complementary parking (2.5m high) in front of the house including charging station for electric car (for a fee). Laundry facility is available for a small fee. The apartment with two rooms has received 4.5 stars from the tourist office.

The apartment with 2 beds and 1 cot measures approx. 55m2. In the kitchen, you will find a big refrigerator, a cooking-range, a baking-oven/steamer, a dish washer and different types of coffee-machines (filter, beans, Delizio - Migros system). In the dining-livingroom there is a table with chairs, a sofa, tiled stove, digital satellite TV, blu-ray-player, radio and internet access (WiFi). This room has a balcony with a sun-blend.
